What does the investigation process look like on both ends?

Actually, the only thing that is required from you is to contact our Support Team via phone or live chat regarding any difficulties you may experience with your order. Sometimes the comments you provide are not quite extensive, which prolongs the process of investigation. So, in order to save your precious time and speed up the resolution, please be as specific as possible in terms of your complaints.
Once the cancellation request is received, your order is moved to Under Investigation status. Note that while the order is in the status, the money for the order is on hold, the writer cannot upload any files and revisions.
Our end (quite a complex one and usually takes up to 3-5 business days)
- Check your extensive and detailed complaints forwarded by Support Team.
- Check your initial requirements (topic, description, attached materials, deadline, and other order details).
- Check your chat with the writer.
- Check the paper provided by the writer.
- Compare the complaints with the paper completed.
- Based on the results of the previously mentioned points, decide whether the refund option is possible.
- If yes, return the eligible amount to your EduBirdie.com balance (so you can use the money to pay for your future orders). You can either leave the money returned on your EduBirdie.com balance and use it for your future purchases or request a refund to your payment method clicking Request Refund button.
- Send a follow-up letter about the investigation outcome to your email address.
- Implement disciplinary measures (fine, block, ban) against the writer who failed to follow your instructions.
